This project focused on creating clear, accessible visual communication across PacificSource’s digital and print touchpoints, simplifying complex healthcare information while strengthening brand trust and consistency.

I collaborated with clients, marketing teams, and project managers to develop intuitive, member-friendly visual narratives that balanced business goals with user needs. The work included accessible, multi-channel campaigns across digital, web, and print, as well as contributions to the redesign of PacificSource.com to improve usability and engagement.

I partnered with print vendors, illustrators, and the advertising agency to oversee creative development and production, ensuring quality, timelines, and brand alignment. Through ongoing refinement, the work delivered a more cohesive, engaging experience for members and reinforced PacificSource’s unified brand presence.
